Terms of Service

1. Service Agreement

By signing up for Pup Muckers, you agree to allow our team access to your property on scheduled service days to perform pet waste removal.

๐Ÿ”น Service Plans: We offer recurring and one-time cleanups. You can modify or cancel recurring services at any time.
๐Ÿ”น Access: Your yard must be accessible on service days (e.g., unlocked gates, clear pathways, dogs put away). If we cannot access your yard, it will be treated as a missed visit.
๐Ÿ”น Dog Safety: We love your dogs! But for safety, pets must be indoors or secured during service.

2. Pricing & Payment

๐Ÿ”น Transparent Pricing: Your quoted price is based on service frequency, yard size, and the number of dogs. If conditions change (e.g., additional dogs), pricing may be adjusted.
๐Ÿ”น Billing: Payments are processed automatically on the date on which you initially signed up, via credit/debit card.

You agree to keep a valid payment method on file.
๐Ÿ”น Late Payments: Unpaid balances will result in service suspension until payment is received.

๐Ÿ’ก Promo codes & discounts are applied at the time of sign-up and cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

๐Ÿ”น Weather & Emergencies: We scoop rain or shine! However, in extreme weather or unsafe conditions, we may reschedule and notify you via text and/or email.
๐Ÿ”น Missed Visits: If we cannot access your yard (locked gate, aggressive dog, etc.), we will notify you. No refunds for missed visits.
๐Ÿ”น Skipping Service: You may request a skip (vacation, etc.), but recurring plans remain active unless canceled.
๐Ÿ”น Cancellations: You can cancel your recurring service anytime. Just please give us at least 48 hours’ notice before your next billing cycle. A $150 Initial Cleanup Fee will be chargedย to your cardย if you decide to cancel at any time within the 1st 3 months of service.ย 

4. Waste Disposal & Sanitation

๐Ÿ”น Safe Practices: We sanitize all of our tools between each and every yard. We use a grid pattern to ensure thorough cleaning. However, we are human and we may miss a pile or two from time to time. Please give us a bit of grace, and we will pick it up on our next visit. We strive to be thorough and go over and above your expectations.
๐Ÿ”น Waste Removal: We double-bag waste and leave it discreetly in your designated trash bin. If you opt for premium waste removal, an additional fee applies.

5. Liability & Property Damage

๐Ÿ”น Respect for Property: Our team takes care when working on your property. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by hidden objects, weak fences, or pets.
๐Ÿ”น Yard Conditions: We do not mow, trim, or remove overgrown vegetation to access waste. If the yard is excessively unkempt, we may require a deep clean fee or pause service.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive for ๐Ÿ’ฏ customer satisfaction! If we ever miss a spot, please let us know. We are only a text or phone call away. We are human and we may miss a pile or two from time to time. Please give us a bit of grace, and we will pick it up on our next visit. We strive to be thorough and go over and above your expectations.

7. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
